Public platform
Platform model
How ProSe differs from a narrow portal or static document repository.
- Status
- Public product direction
- Primary audience
- Public evaluators, legal operations teams, access-to-justice stakeholders
- Boundary
- Legal operations tooling; not legal advice
Portal versus platform
A narrow portal focuses on submitting or storing records. ProSe is designed around the surrounding legal operations work: what was received, what is missing, what needs correction, what is scheduled, what is ready, and what still needs human review.
Core operating model
The model connects intake, documents, evidence, deadlines, review, filing status, scheduling readiness, packets, and metrics so users can see the operational state of a case file.
