- The Browser is not an authentication authority or secret-retrieval service.
- IT Docs, PSA, OI, and provider actions remain server-authorized.
- Credentials, cookies, tokens, authorization headers, and service secrets do not belong in public status, evidence, or support output.
- Release claims require corresponding proof.
