Configuration-first model
A configuration-first PSA lets a service organization shape priorities, statuses, ownership, client visibility, workflow language, and review surfaces around the way the team actually operates.
Why it matters
MSPs often need structure without bureaucracy. A better PSA should reduce ambiguity, not become another system the team has to fight.
